  बिना सोचे समझे   ✶✶✶  एक समय शहर से कुछ ही दूरी पर एक मंदिर का निर्माण कैया जा रहा था। मंदिर में लकडी का काम बहुत थ इसलिए लकडी चीरने वाले बहुत से मजदूर काम पर लगे हुए थे। यहां-वहां लकडी के लठ्टे पडे हुए थे और लठ्टे व शहतीर चीरने का काम चल रहा था। सारे मजदूरों को दोपहर का भोजन करने के लिए शहर जाना पडता था, इसलिए दोपहर के समय एक घंटे तक वहां कोई नहीं होता था। एक दिन खाने का समय हुआ तो सारे मजदूर काम छोडकर चल दिए। एक लठ्टा आधा चिरा रह गया था। आधे चिरे लठ्टे में मजदूर लकडी का कीला फंसाकर चले गए। ऐसा करने से दोबारा आरी घुसाने में आसानी रहती हैं। तभी वहां बंदरों का एक दल उछलता-कूदता आया। उनमें एक शरारती बंदर भी था, जो बिना मतलब चीजों से छेडछाड करता रहता था। पंगे लेना उसकी आदत थी। बंदरों के सरदार ने सबको वहां पडी चीजों से छेडछाड न करने का आदेश दिया। सारे बंदर पेडों की ओर चल दिए, पर वह शैतान बंदर सबकी नजर बचाकर पीछे रह गया और लगा अडंगेबाजी करने। उसकी नजर अधचिरे लठ्टे पर पडी। बस, वह उसी पर पिल पडा और बीच मेंअडाए गए कीले को देखने लगा। फिर उसने पास पडी आरी को देखा। उसे उठाकर लकडी ...
